  • T 2 x DEXA scans (a total body composition scan) including complete report at start and finish.
  • 2 x 30 minute Personal Training sessions weekly suitable for all fitness levels and ages
  • 8 weeks Unlimited Gym Membership including access to classes & 7 days access to club facilities

  • Food & exercise diary to monitor your eating daily and to help us make changes to your lifestyle

COST: To secure your spot in the program we will need a non refundable deposit of $138.50, this is paid up front and includes your Week 1 of training. Thereafter we will schedule 7 payments to be direct debited from your nominated account for $90 each week starting from Thurs 20th Feb 2020.

AT THE END OF 8 WEEKS: Continue training with an unlimited club membership on our “Special Body Blitz Offer” of $28 per fortnight (just $2 per day) on a fortnightly direct debit basis from Thurs 9th Apr 2020 with just minimum 30 days notice to cancel. No additional Sign up or Admin Fees apply to continue with this option.

ACCESS GYM FACILITIES: Mon – Fri from 6:30am – 9pm (Fri 8:30pm) Sat 8am – 3pm & Sun 8am -12pm.

CHILDMINDING: Mon – Sat from 8am – 12pm – No bookings necessary.
