Non Members can book casually for just $22.00 per session using link: Casual Small Group Training Session

Current Members can book casually for just $16.00 per session using gym master app > go to bookings > book PT Session >

The 45 minute session times can be booked at 5:00am, 5:45am and 6:30am on weekdays with Trainer – Paula Michaels

👉 Includes 5 x 45 minute small group training sessions ongoing weekly (4 – 6 people)

👉 Unlimited access to both group fitness classes in the gym and online

👉 Receive 7 days unlimited access to our fully equipped gym for unlimited freestyle strength or cardio sessions

👉 Daily workouts emailed at the end of each week to ensure you stay on track

👉 Ongoing motivation and nutritional advise throughout your membership

👉 Access to our childminding services: Mon – Sat from 8am – 12pm for just $4.50 per session

THE COST: $60 direct debited weekly with a one off set up fee $48.50 to get started. Minimum term of 30 days notice to cancel the direct debit membership applies thereafter.
