jAPANESE KI YOGA

Intermediate level

Based on the Indian Hatha
yoga, incorporating Asian philosophies. Working with the meridian systems [acupuncture points] of the body. Your breath is used with every movement to move Qi or Ki [energy] through the body to release stagnation and a huge focus is placed on strengthening the Hara [core]. No shoes necessary, yoga mat required.

Intermediate level WITH extended relaxation session

Based on the Indian Hatha yoga, incorporating Asian philosophies. Working with the meridian systems [acupuncture points] of the body. Your breath is used with every movement to move Qi or Ki [energy] through the body to release stagnation and a huge focus is placed on strengthening the Hara [core]. With an extended relaxation session at the end of the class. No shoes necessary, yoga mat required and blanket recommend for end of class.

ABS. BUTT. THIGHS

 A low to medium intensity class to challenge your strength using hand weights with body weight exercises that get the fat cells crying. Incorporating functional movements & focusing on strengthening and toning.

BODY PUMP

 A medium to high intensity class to challenge your strength with compound weight and body weight exercises that get the heart racing and the fat cells crying as you push your limits. Incorporating functional movements & focusing on strengthening the whole body and core.

BOXING

Gear up for a great cardio workout with a combination of boxing COMBOS incorporating Tummies, Thighs & Butts. Great total body workout both cardio & resistance, great for beginners
wanting to start BOXING or gym buddies looking for a great workout together.

CIRCUIT

Working at each station and moving on to the next in intervals the HIIT Circuit can be a medium to high intensity class depending on your pace and weights. Challenges your strength by using weights and body weight exercises that get the fat cells crying. Incorporating functional
movements & focusing on strengthening, conditioning and toning your whole body.

CORE PILATES

Balance the mind and body with a lower stress exercise for physical and mental
wellbeing. Improving flexibility and correcting posture with floor exercises and poses that reinforce flexibility and total body strength. No shoes are necessary, yoga mat required.

CRX-FIT

 A higher intensity interval training program. In a circuit environment so you can go at your own pace to start. Focusing on increasing strength, power & endurance. All over body workout keeping your heart rate up by using both free weights and body weight to burn fat & build muscle.

TABATA

A high intensity total body workout for the more advanced gym goers with loads of low impact options for beginners to get started! Workout consists of 8 Cycles with 8 Rounds in each cycle. The intervals are 20 secs HI then 10 secs REST. It’s a guaranteed insanely sweaty workout.

JUST DANCE

 Will give you a total body workout mixing both low and high intensity moves. For an
interval style calorie burning fitness session. this class is designed to make you feel more confident in
your body, release the feel-good endorphins into the blood stream and also reduce levels of cortisol
– a stress hormone. Every week is a mix of different styles and is open to all fitness levels. So come
join the fun and Let Dance!!

KANGOO JUMP FITNESS

An innovative class using Kangoo boots. Great for reduction of impact on
joints. This class is perfect for people who are looking for something fun and energetic to lose weight, tone & get super fit. Long socks are required. Boots for hire at reception for $5 – please book on the day as limited boots available. Call 95831363.

LATINO BLAST

Is a full cardio class, you’ll be dancing to all kinds of Latino music styles. Feel the blast in this dance fitness class that awakens your rhythm. Get ready to burn calories and have some fun!!!

METAFIT

Designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. It gets results because it creates a Metabolic Disturbance, increases your Resting Metabolic Rate, Increases Fat Burning, works your major muscle groups
functionally, mimic’s everyday movements, warm up, cool down & stretch, A high intensity workout whole body workout.

PILATES

POWER CORE & PELVIC FLOOR

This class is tailored for all our “lady bits”. We target your glutes in pelvis strength and stability, the “mummy tummy” in core and finish with pelvis floor exercises. Our
props will be resistant bands, Pilates balls and weights. We will challenge your strength and stability as well give you a good muscle burn. Pregnancies are welcome however you will have modifications. Mats are great, if not a towel is fine.

POWER YOGA

SPIN

Using Spin bikes to get your heart racing and your legs burning while you ride to the beats of the music. Great cardio workout for those looking to build strength in legs and core while burning fat & dripping sweat…

TABATA

A high intensity workout with low impact options for beginners! Work hard for 8 Rounds consisting of 20 secs HI – 10 secs LO, we complete 8 cycles in total. Insanely Sweaty Workout…

YIN YOGA

 Most forms of Yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work half our body. The muscular half ‘Yang’ tissues. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half ‘Yin’ tissues of our ligaments and joints to aid in flexibility of mind and body. Today Yin Yoga serves as an antidote to our busy stress- filled lives.

Small Group Personal Training

Using free weights, machines and body weight exercises the 45-minute sessions emphasis on reducing body fat, strengthening your muscle & bone density while increasing your cardiovascular fitness. On Mondays and Wednesdays, we focus on lower body, Tuesdays and Thursdays is upper body and on Friday we do a total body HIIT circuit. We work all your
major muscle groups and mimic everyday movements, warm up, cool down & stretch, great workouts for anyone who wants to see a change and for suitable for all fitness levels. Groups are limited to 6 people ONLY! IMPORTANT: Bookings close 12 hours prior to session and a minimum of 12 hours’ notice applies for cancelation
